The site of this home is on the north shore of Lake Altoona. The design provides views of the lake from nearly every point within the home.

With a focus on family life as well as entertaining, the house features rooms both small and large. Warm intimate spaces for studying and spending time together as a family intermingle with a grand family room on the main level. An open plan game room and theater area in the walkout basement lends itself beautifully to life on the lakefront.

A screen porch in conjunction with a series of decks and patio spaces complete this design with a variety of spaces for outdoor living.
